Swamp Milk? What IS that?
It’s a chocolate milk alternative that packs a healthy punch! But why is it called Swamp Milk? It’s greenish-brown because along with the healthy addition of carob, there is SPINACH!!!  My children called Swamp Milk, and the name stuck😊

So, there’s spinach, carob, … OH, annnd wonderfully nourishing and prebiotic ingredients such as acacia gum, camu camu, slippery elm, and lime peel!!! Sweetened with delicious, unrefined, sucanat sugar, this healthy treat cannot be beat!

My children love it, and it loves them right back! There is no chocolate/cacao so there’s no worrying about the losses of magnesium and potassium that the caffeine in it causes. There’s lots of magnesium, iron, and MORE because of the spinach! Because of the camu camu there’seven vitamin C, which you definitely won’t get from chocolate!
